Making a Comeback

Wow, over a year since I last made a post. We purchased a new computer and I am once again trying to keep up with the blog. This time I'm confident it will be much easier to find the time.......
This week Payton started 8th grade, time is flying by.
He is still playing hockey, just started xc-running, is keeping up with the trumpet, and hopefully will have another year of great grades. We are really proud of him!

The twins just turned 4! They had a pirate and princess party to celebrate and start their second year of preschool in September. It is amazing how quickly they are growing! Patrick started playing hockey last year and Cassidy took up dance.

James is over a year old, walking, talking, and definitely not a baby anymore. He wants to be a part of the action and is into everything he can get his little hands on. He has a happy personality and we are lucky to have such an even tempered and easy going child.

4th of July

We took a family camping trip for a week spending a few nights at Quartz Creek and the rest of the time in Homer. The kids all had a blast and Steve enjoyed fishing. For the 4th we went over to Seldovia for the day and enjoyed the small town festivities.

Baby James Has Arrived

We welcomed James Louis McSharry into the world on May 18th, 2010 at 2:21PM. He weighed 7lbs 2oz, was 19 inches long, and is a wonderful addition to our family.

Hockey Fun

With playoffs in full swing there isn't a night that goes by without a hockey game on in our house. Patrick is still fully obsessed and it's hard to get him to relinquish his hockey gear at bedtime. Steve was in a tournament this past weekend and we all went to cheer daddy on. Patrick was in hog heaven and even got to go into the locker room afterwards and tried on goalie gear!

Spring Hats

Nana and I bought the twins new sunglasses and Cassidy got a new hat (girls accessories are so hard to resist!) Not one to be outdone by his sister Patrick went upstairs and promptly came down with his own version of a sun hat.
